Account Executive, Full Cycle - Remote

Steer provides an integrated SaaS suite for automotive repair shops, combining CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, and reputation tools to help shop owners grow revenue and retain customers. They are hiring a results-driven Account Executive to prospect, demo, and close new business (often in a single call) while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative remote sales environment with a West Coast time-zone preference.

Skills

  • 3+ years consultative B2B sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Proven experience conducting product demonstrations and closing deals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM proficiency for pipeline and activity management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Resilience and persistence in a high-volume sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume outbound and inbound calls and deliver live online product demonstrations.
  • Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and employ a consultative sales approach to tailor presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting data in the CRM.
  • Follow up diligently after demos, handle objections, build trust, and close deals quickly.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and improve conversion.
  • Travel 1-2 times per month on short notice as required for customer meetings or events.

Education

  • No specific degree required; relevant B2B sales experience is primary
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
