Role Summary
The Director- Wealth Management Offer Strategy provides enterprise-level ownership for the strategy, design, and evolution of the firm’s most complex and high-impact wealth management offers. This role is accountable for defining future-state offers that differentiate the firm in advice-led wealth management, particularly across Individual Investors (II) and Retirement Plan Services (RPS).
Operating within the Wealth Management Strategy & Transformation team, this leader sets direction, frames critical decisions, and drives outcomes for priority initiatives. The role serves as the single accountable owner for the wealth management offer strategy, ensuring alignment between client needs, segmentation, economics, and internal go-to-market execution.

$159,000.00 - $272,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
