• Our Black Leadership Council advises our executives, mentors and supports Black associates, and provides guidance on community outreach and advocacy topics 
• Our Women in Sales, Investments, and Technology programs strengthen support for women in career pathways that have historically lacked representation  
• To recruit our next generation of talent, we offer exclusive programs for college students from diverse backgrounds, including undergraduate and MBA internship programs and exploratory programs for students interested in the industry  
• Our partnerships include INROADS, Toigo, Girls Who Invest, Seizing Every Opportunity (SEO), and HBCUs 
• We recruit new talent to the firm at diversity conferences, including AfroTech, Grace Hopper, SHPE, NABA, and ALPFA 

And we’re active in our communities. In recent years, the T. Rowe Price Foundation has committed more than $10 million in grants to organizations that empower people of color and address racial equity and racial justice.
