Role Summary
The Events Manager leads the planning and execution of high‑impact, internal events that engage and connect a global associate population. This role supports the firm’s internal events strategy and delivers large‑scale, firm‑wide experiences, including All‑Hands meetings, leadership forums, and enterprise initiatives—across in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
As the execution lead for complex, high‑visibility events, the Events Manager partners closely with senior leaders, internal communications, and cross‑functional teams to design effective agendas and deliver a consistent, high‑quality associate experience globally.
The role requires strong expertise in hybrid event delivery, including event registration platforms and virtual tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The Events Manager is also encouraged to explore and apply emerging event technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, to improve efficiency, enhance engagement, and generate insights throughout the event lifecycle.

$73,500.00 - $125,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
