- Experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and efficient data access patterns
- Strong automated testing skills across unit, integration, contract, and performance tests
- Proven focus on observability, performance profiling, and building resilient services
- Familiarity with frontend development using React and TypeScript
- Experience integrating external/partner APIs and designing service/domain contracts
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve platform APIs and backend services to ensure low-latency, resilient endpoints for client applications
- Design and implement Spring Boot microservices using modern service patterns and contract-first API design
- Optimize data access, caching, serialization, and connection management for high-performance applications
- Lead technical design reviews and drive improvements in service reliability, observability, and resilience (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, idempotency)
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, component, contract, performance) to ensure quality
- Contribute to frontend development with React and TypeScript to unblock delivery and ensure cohesive UX
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and partner integrators to ship features end-to-end
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
