Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
  • Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.
  • Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Ability to work in Middletown and Glastonbury office locations.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Jury trial experience is a strong plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
  • Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
