About the Job
As a Business Development Manager in the Cincinnati market, you are the engine behind our growth. This is a hunter-led, field-based sales role focused on building new relationships, developing strategic accounts, and driving revenue across your territory.
You will create opportunities from scratch, expand new accounts, and deepen partnerships with key referral sources including property managers, insurance professionals, and facility leaders. You will also partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through project completion.
