What You’ll Do
In this highly visible leadership role, you will define and execute the global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy—including market segmentation, pricing, positioning, solution messaging, pipeline management, and outbound marketing. You will work closely with global sales teams to build trusted customer relationships, influence executive decision‑making, and accelerate revenue with both strategic accounts and the mass market.
Your impact will extend across the entire organization as you collaborate with product teams, sales, and ecosystem partners to develop differentiated value propositions, launch winning solutions, and amplify our story across all channels—from web and press to events, partners, and social media. You will also ensure customer insights and market intelligence feed directly into future product definitions for the Secure Connected Edge portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global GTM strategy, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, pipeline management, and outbound marketing
Partner closely with the global sales organization to drive adoption and build strategic customer relationships
Shape and align on global revenue growth strategies targeting high‑value customers and mass‑market opportunities
Champion the development of compelling product messaging and value propositions across all communication channels
Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SIs, VMS providers, ODMs, software partners) to build complete customer solutions
Provide market insights and customer feedback that influence new product and solution roadmaps
Recruit and grow a high performing team
Mentor, lead, and coach a team of senior managers in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
What You Bring
15+ years of progressive experience in technology product marketing or sales, with a focus on major global accounts
Proven leadership as a pace‑setter, mentor, and team builder
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive impact across global teams
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences that includes Customers, Partners, NXP Executive Management Team including CEO and Staff
Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, and a track record of creating executive‑level presentations
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
Demonstrated success in closing large strategic deals in partnership with sales (tens to hundreds of millions)
Background in AI, semiconductors, or system solutions
Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end ecosystem, from silicon to customer deployment
A problem‑solver with a “do‑what‑it‑takes” attitude who removes barriers to get deals done
Startup experience is a strong plus

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.
