Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Robert is seeking a creative and driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and elevate our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the perception of our brand and ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising. Your expertise in brand positioning, market research, and consumer insights will be essential in identifying growth opportunities and driving engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives that communicate our brand values and enhance customer loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and oversee impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Robert at industry events and conferences.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing or management, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, development, and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
