User Experience Architect
Skills
- 5–8 years designing and architecting digital experiences
- Expertise in wireframing, journey mapping, user flows, and prototyping
- Experience with Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration/prototyping tools
- Ability to interpret research and analytics into actionable UX solutions
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive frameworks and how designs translate to front-end
- Experience with CMS-driven, structured content models
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Portfolio or case studies required with application
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, persona development, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, UX audits (including AI-readiness), and research synthesis
- Define and evolve information architecture, content hierarchies, and navigation strategies
- Produce UX deliverables: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and low-fidelity prototypes
- Design AI-first experiences, conversational UIs, and prompt-driven journeys
- Create conversion-optimized eCommerce flows (PLP/PDP, filtering, cart) and mobile-responsive designs
- Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices across projects
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and engagement teams to align strategy, design, and implementation
- Contribute UX strategy and deliverables for proposals and business development
- Help develop internal UX standards, methodologies, and innovation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in digital-first environments
