DevOps Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years in DevOps or software engineering with hands-on CI/CD experience
- Deep experience with AWS and multi-account architectures
- Infrastructure as code using Terraform or Pulumi
- Containerization with Docker
- Strong scripting in Python and/or Bash
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog
- Experience automating build & deployment processes and SRE tooling
- Ability to work in agile teams and independently
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and plan for overall platform health, scalability, and availability.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to streamline build and deployment processes.
- Create self-service tools to improve data engineering and developer efficiency.
- Build logging, monitoring, and visualization tools to elevate SRE practices and incident response.
- Drive secure, high-availability DevOps pipelines suitable for commercial and high-side environments.
- Support the build-out and management of a multi-account AWS environment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to make trade-offs, document decisions, and communicate operational impacts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated continuous learning and applied cloud/DevOps certifications preferred
