Strategic Client Success Manager

Ylopo is a rapidly growing marketing and technology company providing proprietary lead generation and engagement software to real estate professionals. We are seeking an outgoing, tech-savvy Strategic Client Success Manager to oversee a book of high-value clients, act as a trusted advisor, drive adoption and retention, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable results and growth.

Skills

  • Customer success management expertise
  • SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and advocacy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn product capabilities
  • Experience working with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of key customers by understanding objectives, pain points, and goals and providing strategic guidance.
  • Manage client lifecycle to ensure adoption, growth, and continued subscription success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, account reviews, and translate strategic needs into tactical execution.
  • Build rapport across client organizations to uncover business challenges and map Ylopo solutions.
  • Proactively grow product usage and adoption via education, strategic touchpoints, and planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional involvement (executive leadership, product, marketing, account growth) to meet account objectives.
  • Drive client advocacy, referenceable initiatives, and incremental revenue opportunities.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree highly preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications or continuous learning in customer success or SaaS are a plus
