- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, product managers)
- Risk identification and escalation skills; ability to remove blockers quickly
- Comfort with ambiguity and resourcefulness in changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-team dependencies and alignment across two AI Proprietary Models sub-squads and the AI Hub squad
- Adapt and evolve Agile processes to fit data science, research, and engineering workflows (beyond traditional sprints when needed)
- Manage and maintain Jira boards (stories, epics, initiatives) to ensure clear visibility of progress and priorities
- Facilitate ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives, driving clear ownership and outcomes
- Report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders and escalate when intervention is required
- Partner with Product Managers to balance scope, plan appropriately, and maintain sustainable delivery pace
- Remove impediments, reduce friction, and champion continuous improvement across teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
