Responsibilities
- Define, build, and continuously improve company- and org-wide planning processes and OKR cadence
- Lead multiple TPM teams and hire, develop, and retain top technical program talent
- Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Information Security, Analytics, Finance, Revenue, and Legal to ensure alignment
- Drive adoption of process and tooling changes, including change management and cultural adoption
- Provide strategic consultation and coaching to department leaders on program structure, prioritization, and operational trade-offs
- Improve visibility into portfolio goals, progress, trade-offs, and release/execution lifecycles
- Design and implement scalable frameworks for program delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement
- Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and performance measurement
- Resolve cross-functional program blockers and influence decisions at the executive level
- Champion simplification and sustainable operability improvements across complex systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is a plus but not required
- Relevant professional certifications in program or product management are a plus
