Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge. This role focuses on supporting the sales and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and event logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of event sales initiatives

  • Support client onboarding and maintain professional relationships

  • Track sales progress and assist in achieving revenue targets

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals
