Skills
- Proficient programming in general-purpose languages (e.g., Go, Rust)
- Production experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK)
- Familiarity with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth) and IdPs (Okta, Azure AD)
- Cloud platform experience and CI/CD deployment workflows
- Ability to translate system design into maintainable implementations and lead design reviews
- Able to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
Responsibilities
- Design and build an identity engine that powers company-wide identity and access controls
- Create applications to enforce identity frameworks across internal and external systems
- Develop integrations across IdPs, cloud providers, SaaS tools, and internal services
- Automate provisioning, access reviews, offboarding, and identity lifecycle workflows
- Collaborate with IAM engineers and partner teams to define architecture and ship iteratively
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, and produce clean, maintainable implementations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required; relevant experience can substitute
