Skills
- Strong program management across software and hardware integrated programs
- Technical aptitude to read and discuss software and system architectures
- Familiarity with robotics, autonomy, or computer vision systems
- Experience with test planning and executing flight or field tests
- Practical experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the software roadmap for TRS products (Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, Altius).
- Autonomously execute on broad/ambiguous requirements and own delivery across multiple programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated test events including simulations, HIL, and flight tests.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to align staffing, priorities, and technical roadmaps.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, escalate issues, and remove obstacles to progress.
- Implement and scale program management workflows and reporting for group-level visibility.
- Identify systemic execution issues and lead initiatives to resolve them.
- Support quarterly staffing and prioritization decisions in collaboration with leads.
- Understand architectural technical tradeoffs and propose alternatives when needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)
- Relevant military, technical training, or equivalent professional experience considered
