Senior Technical Sourcer, Production Engineering (Contract)
Skills
- 6+ years high-volume technical sourcing experience
- 3+ years client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors
- Experience recruiting for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean search techniques
- Experience with talent mapping, market research, and pipeline management
- Familiarity with web-scraping/data extraction and process automation tools
- Strong interview and candidate assessment skills to maintain high interview-to-offer ratios
- Ability to deliver a positive candidate experience and drive diverse hiring
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques, tools, web-scraping, data extraction, and process automation for sourcing
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit to drive strong interview-to-offer ratios
- Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches, referrals and SOBO campaigns
- Build talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies
- Drive diverse pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Partner with hiring managers and directors to define hiring needs, update pipelines, and influence process improvements
- Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally and leverage internal resources to sell the company value proposition
- Manage multiple high-volume pipelines and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent professional experience in technical recruiting is acceptable
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
