- Strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows

- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and high ownership
- Familiarity with MES/ERP, industrial controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test
- Ability to maintain real-time operational readiness and manage dependencies
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for all factory software systems at the site
- Drive cross-team coordination across production system administration, digital IoT, MES, controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test
- Sequence deployments across infrastructure, applications, and automation to prevent production impacts
- Maintain a real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies
- Identify and remediate integration gaps before they affect production
- Align software deliverables with Heads of Production and Manufacturing Engineering
- Accelerate resolution of blockers and enable decisions under uncertainty
- Ensure software, infrastructure, and machines integrate to run the factory reliably
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience accepted
