Skills
- 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML-powered products or features
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and shipping production code quickly
- Comfort working across the stack (backend, APIs, and frontend integration)
- Experience designing model evaluation, safety, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborative, customer-facing communication and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain shared AI infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling used across Applied’s products
- Partner with product teams to identify high-leverage GenAI/LLM use cases and take them from prototype to production
- Own best practices for LLM architecture, safety, evaluation, and deployment across the company
- Design and implement agentic systems (e.g., background coding agents, AI SRE tooling) and integrate them into workflows
- Work directly with internal and external customers to gather requirements, demo capabilities, and shape the roadmap
- Ship production-quality code quickly and iterate based on feedback and measurement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
