Position Summary
The Senior Manager, AI Program Management leads the planning, execution, and operational management of Aspen One’s enterprise AI capability. This role is responsible for building the program from the ground up which includes standing up the intake and prioritization process, managing a portfolio of AI projects, driving cross-functional adoption, and ensuring that AI investments translate into measurable business value. The Senior Manager serves as the connective tissue between technology teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience.
The Senior Manager partners closely with Digital Leadership, IT Systems, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions while simultaneously building the frameworks, processes, and community that will scale AI adoption across Aspen One. This position reports to the Senior Director, Head of AI.
The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $165,500. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
