Skills
- 5+ years production/project management experience on PC and/or console games
- Producer or PM credit on at least two shipped PC/console titles
- Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps or similar) for tracking and dashboards
- Experience creating structured reports and status communications for varied audiences
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, interdependent workstreams and prioritize effectively
- Comfort working in fast-paced, distributed/remote teams and flexible hours as needed
- Passion for games and understanding of player expectations
Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and report on tasks and work items across multiple projects
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for features, content, events, testing, localization, and publishing
- Review development schedules and roadmaps and provide feedback and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve blockers and maintain milestones
- Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Improve and unblock workflows by leveraging existing tools or implementing new processes
- Produce reports and dashboards tailored to audience needs, from contributors to leadership
- Organize and lead meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
- Provide flexible support to other producers and project managers as needs evolve
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Scrum) are a plus
