Technical Operations Manager, Reach Platform

Dinova (part of Buyers Edge Platform) is a leading digital procurement and dining network connecting corporations with restaurants and card-linked offers. The Technical Operations Manager for Reach will own the technical execution of operational infrastructure—building and maintaining integrations, data pipelines, automations, and reporting to ensure campaign reliability and scalable operations.

Skills

  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports).
  • Strong SQL proficiency for querying, validation, and building reporting pipelines.
  • Practical Python scripting experience for data processing, API calls, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with REST API integrations, authentication patterns, and troubleshooting at the data level.
  • Experience building/operating scheduled data workflows and monitoring pipeline health with error alerting.
  • BI/reporting tool competency (Metabase, Tableau, Looker or equivalent) to build and maintain dashboards.
  • Familiarity with using AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as part of daily development and ops work.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication across Sales, Finance, IT, and Product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution for the Reach product: build and own systems, pipelines, integrations, and automations that run daily operations.
  • Translate product decisions into operational delivery in partnership with the Manager, Program and Partnerships; scope work and flag constraints.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce for Reach workflows including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Monitor data pipeline health, validate inbound campaign and transaction data, and build automated data quality checks and alerts.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations with automated QC checks at each stage; build tooling to support PM and account teams.
  • Build and operate merchant onboarding workflows with automated validation, provisioning, and status tracking.
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards (Metabase or equivalent) and SQL pipelines to surface campaign performance and anomalies.
  • Develop automated reconciliation processes for billing, matching transaction and card-network data and flagging discrepancies.
  • Use AI coding tools daily to write/debug Python, generate SQL, configure Salesforce, and accelerate integration work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Finance, IT, and Product to maintain operational infrastructure.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Salesforce administrator certification preferred but not required.
  • Formal training or coursework in SQL, Python, or data engineering tooling is a plus.
