Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Culture Activation leads the activation of CDW’s values across the coworker and leader lifecycle, ensuring the CDW Way — Act as One, Play to Win, Think Forward — is embedded into everyday experiences, talent practices, and key moments that matter.

This role partners across the organization to shape a cohesive culture narrative and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that is experienced internally and reflected externally. Success is measured through CDW’s listening strategy and demonstrated through engagement, alignment to values, and consistency of coworker experience.

Reporting to the SVP, Head of Talent, this role requires strategic leadership, creative innovation, and strong influence to ensure culture is operationalized and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead an enterprise culture and coworker experience strategy that embeds CDW values into key coworker and leader moments across the lifecycle, translating values into scalable tools, behaviors, and resources.
  • Oversee our One CDW strategy ensuring we create an inclusive, welcoming and respectful environment.
  • Define and continuously improve the end-to-end coworker and leader experience by shaping key lifecycle touchpoints — from attraction and onboarding through development, performance, transitions, and change.
  • Partner cross functionally to ensure technology-enabled solutions enhance the coworker experience while preserving the human element.
  • Lead the evolution and activation of CDW’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture narrative in alignment with business and culture priorities, in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
  • Leverage CDW’s LA 2028 sponsorship as a catalyst for culture activation and coworker engagement, partnering with Marketing and Communications to translate the partnership into meaningful internal experiences that bring CDW values to life.
  • Leverage insights from the listening channels to assess culture health, identify opportunities, and drive targeted improvements across the coworker lifecycle.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence outcomes through collaboration and thought leadership to align and integrate culture and coworker experience efforts across the enterprise.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of culture and coworker experience professionals, modeling CDW values and fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, or related field).

Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise culture and coworker experience initiatives across one or more of the following disciplines: culture transformation, employee experience, organizational development, employer brand, internal communications, or talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the program management at scale of culture initiatives and values activation.
  • Experience embedding values and culture into business processes and talent systems.

Core Capabilities & Skills
