We're seeking a co-op to join the Strategy and Business Operations (S&BO) team. We are a centralized team that supports and executes on the vision and direction of Cengage’s largest business unit. As a co-op, you will gain exposure to all aspects of strategy work in Cengage’s Higher Ed, School (K-12), and Work business, including functional strategies in our product, marketing, finance, and sales functions. Through mentorship from senior members of the leadership team, you will help conduct analysis for the business unit’s key strategic initiatives. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to network with and learn from leaders across the Cengage strategy community. This co-op would suit candidates with an interest in business unit strategy and seeking to build skills like problem solving, structured analyses, managing trade-offs, and articulating complex ideas.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
