Job Description

This is a high-activity, high-volume sales role for someone who likes being in the field, moving fast, and closing business consistently.

We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Chesapeake, VA to drive new business across construction, industrial, and commercial clients.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role.
This is for someone who knows how to prospect, follow up, and convert consistently.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Spend your time where it matters:
    • ~40% outbound prospecting
    • ~30% inbound lead conversion
    • ~30% client visits + account development
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Visit job sites and meet clients face-to-face
  • Sell modular space, storage, and jobsite solutions
  • Turn quick conversations into closed deals

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B or outside sales experience
  • Comfortable with high activity + fast pace
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
  • Willing to be in the field meeting clients
  • Construction, equipment, or industrial exposure = strong plus
