Lead Implementation Specialist, Solutions Architecture

Datacor provides ERP, CRM, asset tracking and formulation software to process manufacturers and focuses on building intuitive products that help customers operate more safely and efficiently. The Lead Implementation Specialist, Solutions Architecture will lead solution design and ERP implementations, guide customers through business-change events, troubleshoot gaps, and collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure successful deployments.

Skills

  • Proven ERP implementation and solutioning experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • SQL query experience (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, project tools)
  • Technical documentation and specification writing
  • Analytical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Project and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact to define and design solutions for projects across diverse industries
  • Analyze business processes and align ERP solution designs with organizational goals
  • Develop and implement ERP configurations and workflows based on customer requirements
  • Identify, predict, and manage key issues and risks; provide actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine optimal application configuration and workflows
  • Coordinate with Product and Development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation
  • Troubleshoot business flow gaps, determine root causes, and develop short- and long-term remediation plans
  • Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and implementation documentation
  • Provide internal technical training and mentorship to enable team members
  • Stay current on ERP trends, technologies and industry best practices

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
