Skills: Experience in technical customer-facing roles, familiarity with SaaS environments, AWS certifications, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of AI-driven workflows.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in a technical role related to SaaS, preferred AWS certifications, familiarity with monitoring tools, and understanding of institutional workflows in higher education is a plus.
Location: Hybrid role based in Reston, Virginia, United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
