Position Overview:

Join the Paul Hamby Agency as an Agent in Training and fast-track your career in the dynamic world of insurance sales. What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business and personal insurance customers through networking, community involvement, and outreach initiatives.

  • Educate clients on tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty policies, focusing on their unique needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and problem-solving to build long-lasting client relationships.

  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, maximizing your earnings and helping our agency grow.

  • Continuously expand your product and industry knowledge to deliver expert guidance and demonstrate value to every client.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong persuasive communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and a goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a results-driven environment.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is highly valued, but ambition and willingness to learn are most important.

  • Willingness to obtain or hold a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
