Senior Client Success Manager / Engagement Manager
Skills
- 4+ years in technical project management or client delivery in software services/consulting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft (able to credibly discuss technical work and scope)
- Familiarity with Agile/sprint-based delivery and technical estimation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Comfort using and coordinating AI-enabled delivery tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact from kickoff through closeout, maintaining proactive communication and high client satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of 8–12 concurrent technical engagements ($30–50K, 3–8 week timelines), tracking milestones and risks
- Run structured meetings (kickoffs, discoveries, status, closeouts) with clear agendas and outcomes
- Enforce scope discipline and manage change requests to protect delivery and profitability
- Coordinate engineering teams and AI delivery tools to unblock work and maintain schedule
- Handle operational tasks: accurate invoicing, collections follow-up, and executive project health reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, Salesforce, MuleSoft) are a plus
