Key Account Manager-Access+-San Antonio

Harrow (Nasdaq: HROW) is a leading ophthalmic disease management company focused on innovation, patient access, and global mission support. The Key Account Manager will grow profitable business within an assigned territory by winning new accounts, expanding portfolio sales in existing customers across physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and pharmacies, and driving retention and forecasted performance.

Skills

  • Proven sales record selling to physician offices, ASCs, hospitals and pharmacies
  • Strong CRM proficiency and accurate forecasting skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning and territory management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted plans to expand sales within assigned existing accounts and new key targets
  • Drive new business relationships and convert opportunities to grow sales
  • Use CRM to document activity, manage opportunities, and accurately forecast sales
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Customer Care and PSRs to execute cohesive strategies
  • Monitor account performance, market and competitor activity; adjust strategy accordingly
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within strategic accounts
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals
  • Travel within the territory up to 50%, including overnight stays

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
