Partner Success Manager

NMI is a payments platform that powers merchants, ISVs, and fintechs. We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to own the post-launch relationship for a portfolio of strategic, high-value partners — driving product adoption, improving partner health, coordinating cross-functional teams, surfacing expansion opportunities, and reducing strategic risk.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of payment processing and partner ecosystems (ISVs, ISOs, acquiring relationships)
  • Experience in partner/customer success or technical/strategic account management
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and revenue expansion
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend actions
  • Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and escalation management skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Own proactive post-launch success for a defined portfolio of strategic/high-value partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders as primary post-launch lead
  • Monitor partner health using product usage, support trends, and risk indicators
  • Develop action plans to remove friction and improve partner outcomes
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and best practices for relevant NMI products and enhancements
  • Provide data-driven insights for business reviews, partner success plans, and renewal readiness
  • Act as internal quarterback coordinating Support, Product, Engineering, Partner Launch, Solutions Engineering, and CAM resources
  • Escalate and manage complex/high-priority partner issues and ensure follow-through
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and re-solutioning signals and support expansion planning

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree accepted
