Partner Account Manager - Pittsburgh

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech on a mission to expand access to retirement benefits for employees at small and medium-sized businesses. The Partner Account Manager will cultivate and scale strategic referral and channel relationships (tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors) to drive lead generation and revenue growth across the SMB market.

Skills

  • Proven relationship-building and territory/business development experience with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, or financial advisors
  • Quota-driven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage sales cycles
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to be in the field ~3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space
  • Create and expand strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to identify and resolve partner issues and enable partner success
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to design and execute initiatives (events, email campaigns, webinars) that drive partner-led pipeline
  • Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners and execute go-to-market and demand-generation strategies
  • Track partner performance and provide reporting and recommendations to optimize pipeline and revenue contribution

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant sales or partnership experience acceptable in lieu of degree
