Regional Director, Partner Account Manager (South Territory)

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech on a mission to expand retirement access for employees of small and medium-sized businesses. The company is seeking a Regional Director to lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers across a defined southern territory, driving quota attainment, revenue growth, and strong partner relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and brokers.

Skills

  • Proven success selling 401(k) products (1+ years)
  • 3-5 years leading front-line sales professionals in retirement services, HCM, or payroll
  • Salesforce CRM experience for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong relationship-building skills with brokers, CPAs, and payroll partners
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and revenue growth track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast change and competing priorities
  • Located in AL, AR, LA, MS, or TN and able to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers to meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing sales talent while coaching sales and implementation best practices
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for the region, including pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration within the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers
  • Travel regionally and nationally for field rides, client meetings, sales conferences, and trade shows

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications a plus (retirement/benefits or sales certifications)
