Technical Product Manager- Workers Compensation

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is a growth-stage, private equity-backed Insurtech MGA and wholesaler building digital distribution and platform capabilities for commercial insurance. ISC is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own the workers' compensation (WC) line of business platform features, lead PAS integrations, configure program rules, and deliver a fast, intuitive broker experience to enable quote-to-bind and policy servicing at scale.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
  • Product management experience in technology-driven environments with agile delivery
  • Experience conducting discovery, prototyping, and data-driven validation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance workflows and workers compensation (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Discover, define, and deliver technology functionality to run workers compensation from quote-to-bind through policy servicing.
  • Lead integration efforts between ISCx and the Policy Administration System to ensure accurate policy issuance and seamless data flow.
  • Configure ISC's Program Builder for carriers, products, question sets, and underwriting rules without engineering changes when possible.
  • Define and implement cross-sell strategies between workers comp and other products (GL, BOP) to grow premium and broker value.
  • Optimize the end-to-end broker experience for submissions, quoting, binding, and policy delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and excellent UX.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, carrier management, and operations to translate business needs into platform capabilities.
  • Lead discovery, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation using customer research and data.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and decisions through governance forums such as SteerCo.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent experience in product or technical roles will be considered
