About the Role
We are looking for an organized and motivated Email Marketing Associate to support our email marketing efforts within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning the fundamentals of lifecycle and promotional marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2-3 years of marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze is a plus!)
Familiarity with web tools and analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.)
Basic knowledge of marketing metrics and reporting
Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $79,600.00At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
