You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and internal account teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. This position blends consultative sales, program management, and executive relationship-building while overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong analytical insight, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. With up to 25% travel, you will maintain a hands-on approach to client engagement while operating in a fully remote environment.
