Lead Product Designer REMOTE

Your contributions will directly impact client interactions, making services more intuitive and supportive. • Own the end-to-end design process, from concept sketches to interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and copywriters for intuitive UI designs.
• Focus on improving the booking experience to facilitate client access to care.
• Ensure consistent and polished design experiences across all platforms.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and gather feedback from teammates and stakeholders.
• Manage work efficiently against strategy and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• 4+ years of hands-on product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to deliver effective designs across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience with user research methodologies and analytics.
• Solid grasp of personas, user journeys, and empathy mapping.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and React is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers.
