As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable digital products that deliver meaningful impact for users, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and intuitive experiences. You will collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into robust software solutions, while mentoring and guiding other engineers. - Design, build, and support front-end applications, back-end services, and APIs with a focus on scalability, stability, and performance
- Translate business goals into technical architecture and actionable requirements
- Mentor and lead engineers, promoting best practices in software development
- Develop data-driven, iterative solutions to meet evolving product and user needs
- Estimate scope, timelines, and deliverables for projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality product delivery
- Utilize modern technologies and cloud platforms to maintain robust and maintainable software solutions
Requirements:
- Deep experience with front-end, back-end, and API development
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of all layers of web solutions and mobile integration considerations
- Experience delivering mobile or digital products, including app store deployment, is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environments
- Healthcare or virtual care domain experience is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and data-driven approach to development

- Base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 plus annual bonus and equity opportunities (if applicable)
