Your experience will shape the voice of the organization, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders alike. You will manage a high‑performing team and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through strategic content development, ultimately influencing key industry conversations.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, test, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Build and execute marketing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Translate customer, broker, and field feedback into actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent execution and follow-through on partner initiatives, meeting agreed timelines and performance expectations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and coaching teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all content.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in, business development, marketing, or sales.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong visual communication skills for executive‑level presentations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high‑priority projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
