Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom business logic
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience
- Develop and manage API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Extend and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks
- Review and improve consultants’ and contractors’ code for scalability and best practices
- Contribute to testing frameworks, release management, and deployment processes
- Configure objects, workflows, and platform automations as needed
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
- Document system architecture, data models, and development standards
- Partner with Product, Advisory, Operations, and Investment teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Salesforce certifications preferred but not required
