We're hiring our first dedicated Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of Leland's B2B partner relationships, including onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion. This is a founding role, which means you'll inherit a growing book of enterprise, SMB, and university accounts across offerings (including AI training) and build the playbook for how Leland serves its B2B partners at scale.
This role is right for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes pride in the details, and can hold their own in a room with senior stakeholders. You will closely manage the relationships with clients as you build systems, track funnel data, and find ways to drive more value for every partner in your book.

Ensure the success of partnerships, bringing world-class value to the relationships in order to renew and expand services
Build the business case for renewals well in advance — assemble case studies, quantify ROI, and prepare for renegotiation
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across the account base
Serve as the primary, responsive point of contact for all B2B clients
Conduct recurring check-ins to review progress, surface feedback, and continuously improve the program
Deliver bi-annual results updates, including formal outcomes and success stories
Coordinate with support on client and end-user requests routed through success@joinleland.com and Intercom
Manage all logistics for launching new partner programs: Typeform setup, HubSpot integrations, suppression lists, Google tracking sheets, client-specific landing pages, dashboard integrations, and resource permissioning
Build onboarding and implementation collateral including kickoff decks, end-user one-pagers, and email communications tailored to each partner
Run kickoff sessions with clients and (where applicable) their end users
Create communication language for coaches on program specifics and set up coach matching systems for 1:1 sessions
Monitor and optimize the full engagement funnel for each partner: 1:1 session funnel (admin submissions → account creation → matching → scheduling → completing), Leland+ resource funnel, and courses funnel
Build individualized follow-up systems to address funnel drop-off
Coordinate with clients on broader communications to fix systemic leaks
Ensure both Leland and the client are meeting contract terms, including data processing agreements and accessibility standards
4+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success, ideally at a growth-stage tech company
Brings a consulting mindset, with structured thinking, polished client communication, and strong attention to detail
Highly responsive and follows through on every commitment; reliability and responsiveness is non-negotiable in this role
Navigates difficult client situations with professionalism and composure
Fluent with data and able to use it to tell a story
