Responsibilities
- Design a full GTM systems architecture including data flows, integrations, ownership, and dependencies across CRM, telephony, chat, SMS, marketing automation, and AI-adjacent tools.
- Develop and maintain a multi-quarter GTM systems strategy with prioritized initiatives and guiding principles.
- Create and operate cross-functional governance processes for new workflows, integrations, and data model changes.
- Define and enforce data standards, lifecycle stage definitions, and tooling conventions across teams.
- Partner from ideation through execution to ensure designs translate to reliable implementations and measurable outcomes.
- Set and run quarterly strategic reviews to align roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, CS, Engineering, and Data.
- Prioritize and sponsor high-impact automations and integrations that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
- Define SLAs, working agreements, UAT expectations, and change-communication processes for enhancements and operational work.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
