Titan is building the AI platform for banking – creating the models and agents that
will define the industry. Led by a team of former CTOs with multiple exits, we're
seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the bridge between our technology
and our banking clients, ensuring our AI applications deliver real impact in
production environments.
What you’ll do
Own the full lifecycle of AI products with banking clients - from initial deployment through production optimization and feature expansion
Work directly with bank executives, compliance teams, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design and architect integrations between Titan's AI platform and banks' existing systems (productivity suite, CRMs, loan origination systems, etc)
Drive technical product decisions that balance innovation, security, compliance, and operational realities of banking
Build and iterate on prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production features that solve real banking workflows
Partner with AI engineers and backend teams to ensure our models and agents perform reliably in live banking environments
Required qualifications
Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development (Python, TypeScript, or similar modern languages)
Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns -- you can design technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both engineers and executives
Experience working directly with enterprise clients or in customer-facing
technical roles (solutions engineering, technical account management, or
similar)
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments -- you're comfortable
presenting to C-suite executives and debugging code in the same day
Track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve rapidly
Bonus: Experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries
What we offer
Competitive compensation (salary + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)
Remote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaboration
Unlimited PTO
Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)
Why Titan
We're building the AI platform for banking because many of the two million people employed by 4,000+ banks in the United States cannot safely and securely use bleeding edge AI tools at work. Moreover, none of them are using AI tools purpose-built for banking in their daily workflows. We are changing that.
We are creating secure, bank-native AI infrastructure and applications that meet the needs of modern banking and financial services. Our platform includes:
Titan Foundry: Secure gateway to top AI models for bank employees
Banking-Reasoning Models: Our flagship small language models purpose-built for financial services, trained by ex-regulators and banking leaders
Banking Agents: Configurable AI application layer with expertise in lending, compliance, underwriting, and operations
Our small team consists of former founders, CTOs, engineers, operators, and regulators from places like Goldman Sachs, KeyBank, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. We have built and sold companies to top 25 U.S. banks.
If you’re a high-agency individual who loves tackling complex problems in an emerging space, we want to hear from you!
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
