Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain (Kusto and SQL)
Skills
- Hands-on experience with MS-SQL, Kusto (KQL), and Power BI for dashboarding and modeling
- Advanced Excel or Python for analysis and data transformation
- Strong data modeling, semantic layer design, and metric definition skills
- Experience building executive dashboards and recurring reporting packages with clear narratives
- Stakeholder management and data storytelling to influence decision-making
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational and KPI reporting including metric definition, instrumentation, cadence, and executive narratives
- Design and manage the organizational data backbone: entities, hierarchies, mappings, and standards for cross-tool reporting
- Integrate multiple data sources into consolidated, scalable models and reduce manual reconciliation
- Design and build scalable Power BI datasets, semantic models, measures, and reusable reporting components
- Perform data analysis to surface trends, drivers, risks, and scenario comparisons to inform leadership decisions
- Establish data quality controls (completeness, lineage, reconciliation) and enforce standardized metric definitions
- Partner with planning, operations, sourcing, and strategy stakeholders to align taxonomy and reporting rollups
- Optimize report performance through model design, refresh strategies, and query optimization
Education
- Bachelor's degree in data, analytics, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in analytics, BI, or data engineering preferred
- Demonstrated continuous learning in BI tools and data practices
