Senior AI Content Creator (YouTube & Social Media) For a USA Client (Remote)

Our client is looking for a Senior Generative AI Content Creator across LATAM to join their team full-time and help take their content and brand to the next level.

This role focuses on exploring, creating, and showcasing what is possible with Generative AI through high-quality visuals, videos, and AI-powered content. The goal is not traditional editing or post-production, but rather using advanced AI tools to demonstrate creative possibilities and turn emerging AI capabilities into engaging content across multiple platforms.

This is not an entry-level AI role. We are looking for someone already highly experienced with AI generation tools who can hit the ground running. Experience and execution quality will be evaluated quickly through initial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Generation & Creative Exploration
  Research, test, and experiment with the latest AI tools and capabilities to discover new creative possibilities. Translate AI advancements into compelling visual and content outputs.
• AI Visual & Video Creation
  Create high-quality AI-generated images, visuals, and cinematic-style videos using modern generative AI platforms. The focus is on showcasing AI capabilities rather than traditional video editing.
• Content Writing & Scripting
  Write scripts, captions, and written content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the School community. Adapt messaging and storytelling to different audiences and platforms.
• Creative Strategy
  Help shape what content is created and how AI is presented. Contribute ideas around hooks, storytelling approaches, formats, and concepts that highlight innovation and performance.
• Workflow & System Development
  Build efficient, repeatable workflows that turn AI experimentation into consistent content output. Continuously look for ways to improve speed and creative efficiency.
• Platform Awareness
  Understand what performs across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and community platforms, creating content designed for reach, engagement, and discovery.
• Collaboration & Ownership
  Work closely with the client and internal team. Communicate proactively, share discoveries, and take ownership of projects from idea through delivery.

• Proven portfolio showcasing AI-generated work you personally created (spec work accepted).
• Advanced prompting skills with strong understanding of aesthetics, composition, and AI outputs.
• Strong proficiency across multiple generative AI platforms and awareness of their strengths and limitations.
• Curiosity and initiative to continuously research new AI tools and capabilities.
• Ability to independently turn AI experimentation into clear, showcase-ready content.
• Senior-level ownership and ability to manage creative initiatives end-to-end.
• High reliability and ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering within 24–48 hour timelines when needed.

Nice to Have

• Ability to refine AI outputs using tools like Photoshop or similar software (not required).
• Experience growing or contributing to social media channels.
• Strong understanding of content performance across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
