The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will guide teams in the creation of innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to stay at the forefront of generative AI technologies while fostering meaningful client interactions and enhancing project outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the development of innovative software solutions

- Guide teams in executing projects with operational excellence

- Mentor junior staff to build their skills and confidence

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations

- Stay informed on generative AI advancements to enhance project strategies

- Facilitate communication within teams and with stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and productivity

- Maintain adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of experience in managing information technology applications

- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
