Key Account Executive (Accounts $50 million - $1 billion) - Western US

Rithum is a leading commerce network that helps brands, suppliers, and retailers scale omni-channel and marketplace operations. We are hiring a high-energy Key Account Executive (Hunter) to acquire new mid-market and enterprise brand clients, build pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, and close complex, value-based deals that drive marketplace and commerce growth.

Skills

  • Proven new-logo acquisition experience in B2B SaaS or technology field sales.
  • Ability to manage and close 6+ month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including procurement and legal.
  • Track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals and consistent quota attainment (100%+ for multiple quarters).
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and cadence management (high daily touchpoints, qualified meetings).
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and deal strategy capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, target, and acquire net-new key clients across priority verticals and strategic accounts ($50M–$1B+ revenue).
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined outbound activity and self-generated opportunities.
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach through close in complex mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Conduct discovery to identify commerce and operational pain points and position Rithum’s platform as the solution.
  • Engage executive stakeholders and decision makers with clear, value-based articulation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Services, and Leadership to advance opportunities and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecast integrity, and participate in deal inspection cadence.
  • Hit weekly pipeline generation targets and activity metrics (outbound cadence, touchpoints, qualified meetings).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred, not required)
