Responsibilities
- Provide people-first leadership that supports learning, growth, accountability, and upskilling while preserving company policy and culture.
- Translate strategic operational direction into clear systems, workflows, and team execution.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, hiring workflows, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Lead financial operations support including financial workflows, reporting, and coordination with accounting functions.
- Manage company systems and operational infrastructure (e.g., SmartSheet, QuickBooks, Ramp, Gusto, Greenhouse).
- Design, document, and improve operational processes and reporting structures for clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain operational transparency and cross-functional coordination across the organization.
- Supervise direct reports including the Business Accounting Manager and Human Resources Generalist.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and report to the Senior Director of Business Operations.
- Support necessary travel as required for company needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, HR management, finance, or related field preferred
