Responsibilities
- Maintain and own the master utility and facility sheet, coordinating stakeholder inputs and ensuring accuracy
- Develop and manage the master site plan with multi-year forecasting for campus growth and infrastructure needs
- Drive land planning and campus usage strategies to optimize expansion and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with local government officials, landowners, and external stakeholders
- Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals and remove blockers
- Collaborate with construction, operations, and site leadership to align priorities and execution
- Lead project management for phased utility expansions from planning through implementation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Engineering/Planning) or PMP preferred
